In past years, most retail and commercial facilities managers wanted their service providers to be someone that is self-performing, not one that subcontracted the work out. With this in mind, we built our company to be just that.

It’s all in the name — *ALERT SELF PERFORMANCE*

Along the way, we found that some of our clients determined that they wanted to stay with the idea of having a service provider with the ability to handle all calls and act as a single point of contact for all work and updates. As a result we have grown to also be a provider in this way as well, and now have a network of qualified service partners in all 50 states to provide subcontracted services for our clients that prefer this system.

We work out of a custom software package built by our own in house IT team. This system can be easily modified to create whatever reporting our clients may need.

FROM OUR PROJECT MANAGERS & SUPPORT TO OUR TECHS IN THE FIELD, AND EVEN OUT TO OUR ACCOUNTING & IT DEPARTMENTS, WE HAVE BUILT A COMPANY WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN IN THE RETAIL FACILITIES FIELD FOR YEARS.
